I have been in New Zealand 19 years and now call it home. In the last 15 years I have been involved in projects varying in size and complexity, from infrastructure feasibility projects to funding management and short term, low resource intensity projects.

My skills include: process mapping, writing operating standards, policies and procedure; project management - developing, monitoring, controlling project plans, including and not limited to project schedules, cost, resources and risk identification; effective communication skills; great understanding of the Agile methodology and Group Facilitation methods.

I have the capability to listen and understand the business needs, as well as identify elements that may impact on the task at hand - both opportunities and challenges and I am a strong believer in collaboration for success.
