PAYMENT

Payment is due at the time of each session unless otherwise agreed.

Eftpos facilities are available. Cash is acceptable if easier.

If payment is being completed by a third-party payer, payment is required to be made prior to the session being conducted.

If you wish to discuss payment options please discuss at the time of your first appointment.

If payment is late (over 7 days) and no other options than the above have been discussed and agreed, then the following will occur:

A late penalty fee of 10% will be applied to your bill;

If your bill remains unpaid following a further 7 days then it will be referred to the debt collector’s agency, of which their fee will also be applied to your bill.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If for any reason you are unable to make your scheduled appointment times please give at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or payment of the full session fee will be required.
